Extended and Accidental Warranties:
Extend the standard three-year warranty on your TOUGHBOOK computers to four or five years, aligning coverage with your device refresh cycle. This extended warranty reduces out-of-pocket repair costs, lightens the IT team’s workload, and minimizes downtime. For mobile work environments where accidents are common, our accidental damage plan provides coverage for one major component failure per year or a complete device replacement if repairs aren’t possible. Hot-Swap Service:
Mitigate disasters overnight with our Hot-Swap Service. If a unit fails, we’ll ship a pre-imaged replacement device to you within 24 hours from our National Service Center. While your damaged device is shipped to Panasonic Connect using a preprinted shipping label, the replacement ensures minimal disruption to your operations. Once repaired, the unit will be returned to your on-demand inventory for future use. -
Smart Battery Monitoring and Warranty:
Keep your computers powered and your teams productive with our Smart Battery Monitoring and Warranty service. This solution tracks battery health in real time and provides automatic alerts when replacements are needed. Warrantied batteries are automatically replaced when they reach 50% of their useful life. By replacing only poorly performing batteries, you can minimize costs, avoid operational disruptions, and eliminate the risks of stockpiling perishable lithium-Ion batteries. STANDARD WARRANTY
Your devices will be protected from manufacturing defects for three years and we include a priority parts exchange program and repair service at no cost. You’ll also receive lifetime access to our U.S.-based technical support hotline; online access to drivers, first-aid disks, BIOS updates, tools, utilities and manuals; free overnight delivery of parts and repaired units; and access to Panasonic field service personnel. EXTENDED WARRANTY

PROTECTION PLUS (ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE COVERAGE)
Augment your Standard Warranty with no-fault accident coverage. Accidents happen in mobile work environments, and Protection Plus provides prompt repair of all major computer parts. In cases where the damage is beyond repair, we will replace the entire device. Protect your staff and IT department from all of the downtime that comes with broken devices, and keep projects on budget without having to “cushion” for unexpected repair costs. This protection option covers one major component failure per year. The standard battery warranty is not extended through the purchase of Protection Plus.
ULTIMATE CARE
For organizations that operate in extremely challenging environments and those who simply wish to minimize risk, this warranty offers the ultimate peace of mind. Unlike the Protection Plus plan, which covers one major repair per year, the Ultimate Care plan allows you to break your device over and over again – all repairs will be covered. The standard battery warranty is not extended through the purchase of Ultimate Care.

No matter where your work takes you, with a Global Warranty, your device is protected. Global Service offers support for all TOUGHBOOK products in 102 countries around the world.
HARD DRIVE NO RETURN WARRANTY
If your security policies dictate that you cannot allow a hard drive to be returned for repair or replacement, then you need the Hard Drive No Return Warranty from Panasonic. When this coverage is activated, you are no longer required to send a hard drive back to the service center when the device is being replaced. This means you keep the faulty hard drive when Panasonic sends out a replacement unit, allowing you to maintain full control of your sensitive data at all times. Learn More
24-HOUR HOT SWAP EXCHANGE
Mitigate disaster overnight. If a unit fails, we’ll deliver a working TOUGHBOOK® computer, handheld, 2-in-1 or tablet to you within 24 hours. Instead of waiting for a repair, you’ll receive a device from an inventory of customer-owned, pre-imaged computers stored at our National Service Center. Meanwhile, we’ll provide you with a free, preprinted shipping label to send your damaged unit to Panasonic. Then, we’ll repair and place the unit into your on-demand inventory.
