Ordering Instructions
TIPS Members must request a quote that includes the Panasonic TIPS Contract #220105.
Submit a merged PDF of the Purchase Order and Quote to: TIPSPO@tips-usa.com.
Quotes must include Panasonic products or services and be fulfilled by Panasonic or an approved Panasonic reseller.
Purchase Orders should be made out to the Panasonic authorized reseller listed on the quote.
Payments are made directly to the fulfilling reseller.
Delivery is expected within 30 days unless otherwise specified in the quote.
Contract Scope
Panasonic is authorized to provide IT Hardware under this agreement, including:
TOUGHBOOK® rugged laptops, tablets, and handhelds
Rugged peripherals, mounts, and accessories
Professional displays and high-performance projectors
Professional-grade cameras, microphones, and AV equipment
Related services, warranties, and support
This contract does not include general IT software licensing unless bundled with hardware.*
