Event Accommodations and Travel Information

Attire: We recommend that you wear your company logo shirts throughout the conference or appropriate business casual. For Tuesday and Wednesday night events, dress in evening casual. Evening casual includes dress pants, khakis, dark denim, dresses, button-up shirts, skirts, and neat shoes. Ties, jackets, or dress shoes are not required.

Meals: Panasonic Connect will provide meals throughout the conference.

Hotel Room: Panasonic Connect will provide (1) hotel room for two nights at Hilton Anatole on October 15th and 16th. You are responsible for incidental charges.

Air Travel: Book your flights to Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) to arrive on October 15, 2024. The welcome reception and dinner event begins at 6:00 PM.

Ground Transfers: DFW is 16 miles (~20 minutes) from Hilton Anatole. Use Uber, Lyft, or taxis for transportation to avoid car rental and parking fees.
