Through this cooperative purchasing program, Panasonic and its authorized dealers provide rugged, reliable technology solutions to eligible public agencies, municipalities, school districts, and nonprofits.

Ordering Instructions

  • All Purchase Orders must reference contract number COSTARS-003-E25-695.
  • Quotes are provided by Panasonic Connect or an authorized COSTARS dealer.
  • Purchase orders should be made out to Panasonic Connect or the approved reseller providing the quote.
  • Payments are made directly to the fulfilling reseller.
  • Delivery within 30 days unless otherwise specified.

Contract Scope

Panasonic Connect is authorized to provide IT Hardware under this agreement, including:

  • TOUGHBOOK rugged laptops and tablets
  • Workstations and peripherals
  • Docking stations, mounts, and accessories
  • Network and server equipment (if part of hardware bundles)

Services, software licensing, and security equipment are not covered under COSTARS-3.
