State of Texas Branded Contract DIR-CPO-5225
Acting by, and through, the Department of Information Resources (DIR), the State of Texas has established a contract with Panasonic to provide the full line of Panasonic Branded Manufacturer Hardware, Software and Related Services to include; Fully-Rugged and Semi-Rugged TOUGHBOOK computer equipment and accessories, TOUGHBOOK Tablets, Projectors, Displays, Pro AV, and Professional Audio products to the state government of Texas. Under this contract, Panasonic will provide professional services and warranty services for the products purchased by the State of Texas.

Instructions for Obtaining Quotes and Placing Purchase Orders
The Texas DIR contract number (DIR-CPO-5225) must be referenced on all Quotes and Purchase Orders. Reseller will provide the quote to the customer. Purchase orders are made out to reseller. Payments for Purchase Orders are to be made directly to the reseller partner. Delivery is within 30 days after a Purchase Order is received unless otherwise stated in the Purchase Order acknowledgement. Please use link to view authorized resellers.-

Warranty and Returns
Panasonic Connect will provide exceptional warranty services for the products included in this contract. This warranty is extended solely to the original purchaser. A purchase receipt or other proof of purchase may be required before warranty services are rendered. This warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship, which occur during normal use. It does not cover damage which occurs in shipment; failures which are caused by software or virus issues; operational systems or application corruptions; products not supplied by Panasonic Connect, or failures which result from installation, alteration, accident, misuse, introduction of liquid or other foreign matter into the unit; and damage that is attributable to acts of God, abuse and neglect. Additionally, improper maintenance, modification, or service by any party other than a Panasonic Factory Service Center or authorized Panasonic Service Provider will result in out-of-warranty status.Contact Information
