How to Order:

  • eVA Procurement Portal: https://www.eva.virginia.gov
  • Quote Requests: Quotes may be requested directly an authorized Certified Partner.
  • Purchase Orders: Issued to the Certified Partner providing the quote.
  • Payments: Made directly to the fulfilling Certified Partner.
  • Delivery: Standard delivery within 30-60 days from order receipt.

  • TOUGHBOOK® rugged laptops, tablets, and handhelds
  • Semi-rugged and enterprise laptops
  • Docking stations, mounts, keyboards, and power accessories
